Essential Preparations
Before installing the ladder-type cable tray, ensure all materials and tools are ready:

Measurement and Layout: Mark the tray's route using a chalk line, avoiding areas with dense existing piping or wiring.

Bracket Selection: Choose angle iron or channel steel brackets that match the width of the cable tray.

Drilling Check: Use a metal detector to avoid hitting concrete reinforcement bars.

Pre-treatment: Apply anti-rust treatment to metal brackets; add an extra anti-corrosion coating for humid environments.

Three Classic Mounting Methods
Select the most suitable mounting method based on site conditions:

Ceiling Suspension:

Secure suspension rods using expansion bolts.

Install a suspension point every 1.5 meters.

Add extra support at turns.

Wall-Side Mounting:

Space brackets no more than 2 meters apart.

Use L-shaped cantilever brackets for mounting.

Ensure a clearance of at least 50mm from the wall for heat dissipation.

Freestanding Column Mounting:

Secure columns using U-shaped clamps.

Maintain a 300mm vertical spacing between tray tiers.

Install seismic bracing every 6 meters.

Installation Acceptance Tips
Focus on the following checks after mounting is complete:

Levelness: Verify with a laser level; deviation should be ≤3mm/m.

Grounding Continuity: Resistance across bonding jumpers should be less than 0.1Ω.

Expansion Allowance: Leave a 20mm expansion gap every 30 meters on straight sections.

Stress Relief: Install rubber protective sleeves at cable entry and exit points.
