  You are certainly welcome to visit our factory. We are located in Anping County, Hengshui City, Hebei Province. The nearest airports are Shijiazhuang Airport and Beijing Airport; the journey takes about 2 hours from Shijiazhuang and 5 hours from Beijing. The nearest train stations are in Hengshui and Shijiazhuang. If you let us know your schedule, we can meet you at the airport or train station upon your arrival.

• Can I get a free sample?

  Certainly. We hope that providing small samples will lead to a long-term business partnership. You only need to cover the express shipping costs to receive a sample, and we will refund that shipping fee once you place an order.

• What is your shipping method?

  We typically ship by sea, but we can also determine the shipping method and delivery schedule based on your requirements.

• Can I customize the products?

  T/T (30% deposit), with the balance settled before shipment.

• How can I be sure you will ship the goods after I make the payment?

  3. Before shipment, we will share the container loading details with you.
