Welded Wire Mesh: Made from stainless steel or low-carbon steel wire by fusing horizontal and vertical wires at their intersections to create a consistent square grid using fully automated resistance spot welding.
It is a very adaptable wire mesh product that comes in roll and panel formats and is suitable with a variety of anti-corrosion surface treatments.
Production Process
Raw material wire drawing → Spot welding/forming via automatic welding machine → Anti-corrosion surface treatment (galvanizing, PVC coating, or stainless steel requiring no coating) → Cutting, rolling, packaging, and shipping.
Standard Specifications (Full customization available)
1. Wire diameter: 0.3–12 mm (thick wire for heavy-duty building reinforcement, medium wire for livestock fence, and fine wire for plastering)
2. Mesh opening: Typical square apertures like 6 x 6 mm, 12.5 x 12.5 mm, 25 x 25 mm, 50 x 50 mm, 100 x 100 mm, etc.
3. Mesh roll dimensions: conventional roll lengths of 30, 50, and 100 meters; width of 0.5 to 2 meters
4. The dimensions of mesh panels are 1 x 2 m, 1.2 x 2.4 m, and 2 x 3 m. Heavy-duty panels can be produced with higher wire gauge and thickness.
5. Customisation services include irregular cutting, bending, frame welding, unique wire gauge and aperture specifications, and coloured plastic coating.
Packaging
1. Mesh rolls
Wrapped in an inner layer of waterproof kraft paper and an outer layer of plastic film; palletized to prevent impact damage.

Bundled by type and secured with steel straps; palletized for moisture-resistant transport.
