Pure Aluminum Alloy Integrated Forming
The tray body is made of high-purity aluminum alloy (commonly 6063 or 6061 grade) through die extrusion or integral bending and welding, with no segmented splicing and strong structural integrity. Magnesium, silicon and other elements are added to the aluminum alloy composition to enhance corrosion resistance while maintaining strength. The surface can be further anodized to form a dense aluminum oxide protective layer, or epoxy powder coated as required.

Enclosed Structure Design
The bottom and side plates have a continuous non-perforated structure, and with an optional sealing cover, they form a completely enclosed cable channel. Cable outlet holes or knock-out holes can be reserved on the side for branch wiring. Dedicated lining plates or connectors are used at joints to ensure overall electrical continuity and grounding reliability.
