Structure & Fireproof Principle
The tray body is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel or stainless steel sheet formed by bending. The structure can be divided into single-layer type (tray body with cover) and composite type (double-layer shell filled with fireproof insulation material). The surface is coated with a special fireproof coating or treated with flame-retardant electrostatic powder spraying.
Fire resistance is achieved through the following methods:
1. Intumescent fireproof coating: When exposed to high temperature, the coating rapidly expands and foams, forming a dense charred insulating layer that prevents heat transfer to the cables.
2. Fireproof filling material (composite type): Aluminum silicate wool or rock wool is filled between the double-layer shells, with extremely low thermal conductivity, capable of blocking flame high temperature for a long time.
3. Flame-retardant powder: Flame retardants (such as aluminum hydroxide or phosphorus-nitrogen compounds) are added to the epoxy powder for electrostatic spraying, achieving self-extinguishing during combustion with no dripping.

According to GB/T 9978 or BS 476 standards, the fire resistance time of composite fireproof trunking can reach 60, 90, or even over 120 minutes, ensuring critical circuits remain operational during the initial stage of a fire.
