To ensure safety, steel grating must be securely fastened using methods such as welding or specialized mounting clips. Design loads vary by application scenario; for instance, industrial platforms are typically designed for a uniformly distributed load of 2 kN/m², maintenance platforms for 4 kN/m², and walkways for loads ranging from 3.0 kN/m² to 7.5 kN/m², depending on traffic density.
