Preliminary Preparation
Site Survey: Use a laser rangefinder to verify the routing path and mark obstacles such as beams, columns, and pipes.
Material Inspection: Verify flame-retardant certification for cable channels (e.g., UL94 V-0 rating) and the thickness of aluminum alloy profiles (≥1.2 mm).

Main Installation

Reference Line Positioning: Snap chalk lines according to design drawings; ensure horizontal deviation is ≤2 mm/m, with a cumulative deviation of ≤5 mm over the total length.
Cornering: Use 135° miter joints or specialized elbow fittings; ensure the fiber optic bend radius meets requirements (≥40 mm for static; ≥60 mm for dynamic).

Safety Standards

Work at Heights: Erect a stable platform for work above 2 meters; personnel must wear safety harnesses, and tools must be secured with anti-drop lanyards.
Fiber Optic Laying: Perform pulling in sections (≤1000 m per section); install guide devices at turns to prevent damage to the cable jacket.
