Wire mesh cable trays represent a modern solution for cable routing and management, serving as an evolution of traditional cable tray systems. Categorized alongside trough, ladder, and solid-bottom tray types, they are manufactured from welded steel wire with specialized surface finishes and are primarily used for cable routing in sectors such as power and telecommunications. Their open-mesh design enhances heat dissipation-thereby extending cable lifespan-while offering advantages such as lightweight construction and installation flexibility.

These trays are available with various surface finishes-including electro-galvanized, hot-dip galvanized, stainless steel, and powder-coated options-to suit diverse environmental requirements. Specifications are designated by the prefix "CM" followed by height and width dimensions (e.g., CM105/300); heights range from 30mm to 200mm, widths vary from 50mm to 600mm, and the standard length is a uniform 3,000mm. The open structure facilitates ventilation and prevents the accumulation of water and dust, thereby reducing fire risks. Additionally, the system supports on-site fabrication of special components-such as bends and tees-enhancing the scalability of the cabling infrastructure and improving maintenance efficiency.
