Smooth Surface, Easy to Clean (Core Advantage): Flat steel is less likely to accumulate dirt than serrated steel grating because it lacks sharp edges. Because sweeping, rinsing, or high-pressure water cleaning are so practical, they are especially appropriate for workplaces with high dust levels or strict hygiene regulations.
High Impact Resistance and Load-Bearing Capacity: The flat steel's flat cross-section offers superior load-bearing support. Flat steel grating is less susceptible to persistent bending deformation and has better load-bearing capacity and impact resistance under the same requirements.

Economical and efficient: It's a great option for managing project budgets since it eliminates the punching process, increases production efficiency, and has a little lower manufacturing cost than sawn steel grating of the same specifications.
Limitations on slip resistance: Although it works well in dry conditions, it is far less effective than sawn steel grating in wet, greasy, slippery, or snowy conditions, necessitating cautious selection.

Purchasing standard-compliant flat load-bearing steel and twisted square steel (crossbars) is the first step in preparing raw materials.

Flat Steel Levelling and Cutting: To guarantee that the final steel grating surface is on the same horizontal plane, the flat steel must be levelled using a multi-roll levelling machine due to possible bending during rolling and transit. This is followed by cutting to measurements.

Crossbar Cutting: Using the customer's specified grid spacing, cut the twisted square steel into consistent lengths.

Automatic Arrangement: At predetermined intervals (e.g., 30mm, 40mm, etc.), equally place the crossbars and levelled flat steel on the tooling mould.

Pressure resistance welding (core process): A fully automated CNC pressure welding equipment receives the placed steel bars. high and attractive welds are produced by the machine's rapid welding of the crossbars and flat bars at each junction using high current and mechanical pressure.

Edge edging: To improve overall stiffness and avoid warping and trip hazards, edge edging plates that are the same height as or somewhat shorter than the flat bars are welded to both ends or around the steel grating's perimeter.
