Production Procedure

 

(1) Extrusion Moulding: Using an injection moulding machine, thermoplastic materials like HDPE, LSZH, and PVC are heated, plasticised, and continuously extruded into hollow pipes that are then cooled and moulded.
(2) Co-extrusion Process: To create a composite structure and lower the coefficient of friction while producing a low-friction inner layer, the inner and outer layer materials are extruded concurrently via the same mould.

(3) Integration of Fibre Optic and Sheath:
Armouring and Cabling: During the production of duct optical cables, specific procedures are used to combine the steel/aluminum tape armour layer, loose tube, water-blocking material, and central reinforcement.
Sheath Coating: Using an extruder, LSZH or PE materials are wrapped around the optical fibre core to create a protective sheath.
(4) Patented/Special Processes: To create unique optical cables with increased mechanical strength and temperature resistance, some patented techniques include laser welding or precision sheet metal.
