Outdoor cable ladders, also referred to as outdoor ladder-type cable trays, are professionally engineered for outdoor cable routing and management. Heavy and long-size ladder sections are fixed with nylon straps instead of steel wires, effectively avoiding indentation and damage to the product surface coating.

Palletizing Standard
All stacked cable ladders are placed on ISPM-15 certified fumigated solid wood pallets, which fully meet international phytosanitary inspection standards. The pallets are designed with high load-bearing capacity to bear the full static weight of goods, and support four-way forklift and pallet jack handling for convenient loading and unloading.

Moisture & Dust Proof Measures
The entire pallet cargo is tightly wrapped with multi-layer UV-resistant stretch film to form a fully sealed waterproof and dustproof protective layer. Meanwhile, corner protectors and edge guards are installed at all sharp corners and edges to prevent the stretch film from being punctured and ensure the integrity of the protective layer.

Packaging of Small Accessories
Loose accessories including bolts, nuts, washers, connectors, brackets and end caps are sorted and packed separately in labeled woven bags or small cartons. Each package is clearly marked with accessory names, specifications and quantities to avoid confusion. All small accessory packages are uniformly fixed on the same pallet or integrated into export cartons to prevent loss during transit.
