Our core production equipment is a high-speed PLC intelligent automatic welding line. It supports wire diameters from 3mm to 6mm and maximum processing width of 1600mm, adopting multi-point projection welding technology to form firm and uniform welding joints. Different from manual welding that suffers from inconsistent welding quality and weak solder joints, our automated welding equipment completes synchronous welding at all mesh intersections with accurate and stable energy control.
Equipped with dual 250KVA transformers, the line provides steady power supply, while servo stepping systems ensure precise mesh spacing, with standard specifications of 50×100mm and customizable sizes available. The finished mesh panels are flat and distortion-free, with zero missing or false welding. All welding points feature smooth, burr-free surfaces, eliminating sharp edges that may scratch low-voltage cable insulation during installation or long-term operational vibration.

2. Precision Hydraulic Trimming and Edge Finishing
After welding processing, all mesh panels go through automated hydraulic shearing equipment for four-sided precise sizing and automatic deburring treatment. For galvanized tray products, we apply zinc-rich touch-up paint on all cut edges. This key process effectively prevents red rust formation on exposed steel sections, a common quality defect of ordinary low-end cable trays. Our rigorous edge finishing ensures the trays remain corrosion-resistant even after on-site cutting and modification during construction.
